Availability of stock

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will replace your order with another product available with us. If the customer does not want any other product as suggested by us, then we will process a refund

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. If the customer wants to adds any product after placing an order, then based on the weight and number of products, it can be adjusted onto the old order but with extra charges, if any.

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. We track and update.
In case you miss the package

The shipper will contact you before the delivery. You can give orders based on your convenience to the shipper. If you are unable to reach the shipper, you can write to us at and we will resolve it for you.

In case you don’t receive your package

Process for parcel lost in transit:

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. Write to us at to register a complaint.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit then you will have to share the pictures of the damaged product and once we review it, we will process the refund based on the quantum of damage. If the whole package is damaged, then please share the images of the damaged product on and we will process the complete refund. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

In case of change of delivery address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

If you change your mind after placing the order then you can cancel within 12 hours after placing the order. You will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% once you cancel your order. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Important Shipping Information
    • In certain cases, there may be random investigations conducted by customs where the package will be scrutinized. In these instances, the customer will have to bear the cost imposed by the customs. It does not happen every time you order and we hope this doesn’t happen to anyone
    • There are a few restrictions on non-veg pickles, and dairy products in some countries. In this case, the customs might remove the said products and deliver the other products to you. In this case we won’t be able to bear the cost for the items removed by the customs
    • In any instance, the management will not refund the shipping charges collected except the canceled orders
    • For the customers ordering from USA, non-veg pickles is an issue with the customs and if any of the products are removed, we won’t be responsible for it 
    • In Canada, dairy products are an issue and hence we will not be able to process the refund 
    • All investigations and reviews will take a minimum of 7-10 working days
    • Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after the decision to refund has been confirmed
    • No refunds will be given on Shipping charges except for canceled orders
    • No refunds for products removed during the customs security scrutiny
    • The delivery confirmation status on the shipper portal will be deemed as final
