1) Refund shall be made under following conditions:
  • Order was canceled (Orders can be canceled within 12 hours)
  • Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipients)
  • If the package is damaged in transit, please upload pictures of the package within 24 hours and we will conduct an investigation and once the issue is confirmed, we will process the refund 
  • If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, the customer will have to upload the picture and share it on and we will enquire about the same. If it is found to be true, the customer will get a refund which will not include the charges paid towards shipping.
2) The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days and any investigation regarding refunds will take a minimum of 7-10 working days. The management takes utmost care in any query raised by the customer. Whatever decision taken by the management is made after thorough investigation of the issue
