Cauliflower Pickle Recipe Andhra Style is one of the South Indian recipes made during the winter season. This is same as instant mango pickle, replace mango with cauliflower. This pickle is quick to make and compliments well as a side dish with Lemon & Capsicum Rice, Plain rice.
Ingredients:
• Cauliflower
• Mustard seeds
• Fenugreek seeds / menthulu / menthya
• lemons
• Red chili powder
• Peanut oil or sesame
• Turmeric powder
• Salt
• Garlic cloves
